Since 1989
The owner of Grimes Motorsports, Blake Grimes has had a passion for automotive performance for decades. He started working on his uncles cars at his car lot in Kansas. From there he went to HVTC and studied automotive mechanics. Always wanting to have his own shop and focus on performance, He furthered his knowledge by going to EFI university and working at performance shops in the DFW area. working on everything from the infamous R32 skyline and mark IV Supra to the ZR1 corvette and even full blown drag cars. He is well versed in many different areas of the automotive industry.

At Grimes Motorsports we enjoy several different types of events. From Straight line drag racing to road course racing. On any given Sunday you might see us running our car on the track, or meeting up with other enthusiast for a bite.
